Good Morning. Again I'm writing following morning, unable to keep my eyes open at 9:45pm. Another interesting day of endless scenery changes, the daily required rainstorm and a very rough crossing prior to Brunswick, GA where the ocean waves pile up into the sound with wind waves and currents going in numerous directions. Capt reminds me we are moving a 2 story building around so will feel it, never uncomfortable or worried even when heeled over some. Twice we had dolphins ride our bow wake for a few minutes, surfacing every 20 seconds and sometimes rolling on their side to see if you are looking,

An early start, underway at 0640 from MM 765 Pine Island. Travelled past Jacksonville, FL, the St John River and Amelia Island. Next was  Ft Frederika, a busy pulp(pup if you are local) mill port and as we came out of there the ICW markers changed direction for a bit, reversing reds and greens, til we past the US Navy submarine station entrance. The photo is a sub degauzing station which removes various unwanted magnetic fields the subs pickup in their travels. The markers switch again as we officially enter the state of Georgia, can I get a peach y'all? No billboards out here.

We passed by the very exclusive, not anymore, Jekyll Island Yacht Club where the wealthy would come to winter in the cottages(palaces to plain folk). We anchored past St Simon at MM666 at 1850 hours,

We are out of propane for the stove and the grill regulator not getting enough gas through so wimpy grill. Grateful for the microwave. I cut chicken really thin so faster to grill and made coconut rice while stove was still working and added some onions and zucchini . Dessert was sliced apples in microwave then sprinkled with granola. Pretty darned civilized out here, coffee, ice cubes, hot showers, washer/dryer, air conditioning(well at least til the water pump for it crapped out again) so no one need worry.
